error message upon startup

I have XP SP-2. I recently installed IE7 final beta.Aafter attempting to
install final version release, receive following error notice when system
starts

"SmartBridgeAlerts: Motive SB.exe Entry Point Not Found Proceedure entry
point Get Process Image File Name W could not be located in the dynamic link
library PSAPI.dll"

Went to MS support pages and followed instructions to reinstall final
release version. No luck. Then tried second support suggestion and
uninstalled beta release and reinstalled final vers. No luck.

I now have Final version running on system with no apparent issues, however
I still get error msg every time system starts up. Please help me rid my
desktop of this error msg.

Support pages indicate the issue is known and is related to my having a beta
release installed, hoever, all their suggestions have ne effect.
