Welcome screen without Administrator or User Accounts in Safe Mode

Erroneously, I disabled all my Administrator level accounts in Windows XP
PRO, and now, in normal or safe mode I have Welcome screens without accounts.
So I can't enter to system.
I tried repairing Windows from installing CD, with no effect. Idem using F8
and Safe Mode.
How can I recover any user level to enter to my computer?
Please, Help!!!
Nico

Re: Welcome screen without Administrator or User Accounts in Safe Mode

Hello,

I am not too sure what method you used to disable all admin level accounts,
but at the welcome screen, you can press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice and that should
bring up the classic logon prompt. You can login by providing your username
and password and once you are logged in, you can undo the changes that you
made erroneously. Hope that helps.

Re: Welcome screen without Administrator or User Accounts in Safe

Hi, Anando and thanks for your fast response. I solved the problem doing
exactly what you recomended me, but i needed to do it in Safe Mode. In Normal
