1. If you want to maximize your chances of getting help, please write in
complete sentences with correct capitalization and punctuation. I'm not
saying this to hurt your feelings, but your post is extremely hard to
follow and you want to make it easy for people to help you.

You also haven't included enough information to get focused help (what
"startup problem"?). Here is a link that will show you what details to
include and how to write your next post:
http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm

2. The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

3. The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

4. If the computer is clean and the problem occurred suddenly without
you making any (known) changes, try a System Restore to when everything
worked. Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
"Restore my computer to an earlier time".
