download prob

I need help with downloading AOL Safety and Security Center solftware.
PROB...get download page begin download in the midle of download get WISE
UNINSTAL window messege say missing install.log file i then click red X to
close
download resumes get aol safety and security icon on desktop( wrong icon its
supose to be a blue shield) if i click the icon i get original download page
again. asked 10 AOL tech reps .no help
