virus-adware problem

My Norton Internet Security has detected an "Adware TrustInPopups" bug I can't get rid of. I found the culprit folder, "Trustin Contextual" in the programs folder. The only file in that folder is a dll one. When I try to delete the folder or that file I get the following dialog box...

What can I do if anything? Thanks
