Windows installer problems

As I tried to install programs, I'm getting an error that Windows installer
is not working properly. I don't know much about this program, what it is or
more importantly how to fix it. What should I do?

Re: Windows installer problems

It's not running. When I tried to start it, it said the path was incorrect. I
know what the correct path is, but I don't know how to modify it. Any words
of wisdom?
