| File explorer doesn't show drive letters for certain folders When I do a search using XP's search feature , say for files over 50 mbs (or whatever lenght), it brings up several folders that does not have a drive letter associated with it. For example, I have one folder on there that instead of listing it as c:\vbshowcase\file.txt it lists it as vbshowcase\file.txt . I can right click on the file name and 'open containing folder' and it displays. However, I have no idea where these files are located on the hard drive. I've manually went through the drive using windows explorer, but I can't see it. I've drive searching through dos, but still can't find it. I didn't see an option to upload an image, so I posted a jpg file here http://www.dickenson411.com/error.jpg that shows what I'm talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks I don't know what to do. |
