How to get a replacement OEM CD?

Greetings,

How do I obtain a replacement OEM CD for Windows as I need to do a complete
new install.

OEM versions are supported by the OEM, not by Microsoft. You'll have
to work with whoever you got the software from.

best bet for finding an OEM disk is on EBay or perhaps
