MS suggests BIOS upgrade - Technology Questions

MS suggests BIOS upgrade

My pc restarts itself - sent error message and MS came back suggesting
"consider BIOS upgrade" saying it couldnt determine exact cause but noticing
that BIOS system version on my pc doesnt match spec for CPU etc. This is a
Tiny PC on which nothing has been changed so dont understand?

Do I need a BIOS upgrade and if so who/how do I go about it. Hope you can
help. Thanks
