Cannot install SPSS software on Dell Precision M90 laptop

I cannot install the SPSS software on Dell Precision M90 laptop. It
works in all other computers. When I try to install it on this laptop,
i get an error saying, 'There is problem running the command d\___.exe'

Help me.
