| Start Menu Lock Unable to Run Programs Running Windows XP SP2 on Toshiba Laptop. Start menu locks and can not run any programs. Oddly enough, system runs fine in administrator mode... Performed full virus, spyware, defrag, registry scan but still cannot use system outside admin mode. Not eager to reinstall OS for I do not have original application disks (but do have windows XP system disk). Thanks in advance.      |
