Windows Installer CleanUp Utility fails

I am having a handful of problems (can outline these if needed) and attempted
to run the "Windows Installer CleanUp Utility". However, after downloading,
receive the following Windows Script Host error...

Script: C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP\StartMs i.vbs
Line: 2
Char: 1
Error: Teh specified module could not be found.
Code: 8007007E
Source: (null)

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Windows Installer CleanUp Utility fails

PM,

Try deleting your TEMP folder & also upgrading to the latest Script Engine

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

START | RUN | Type '%temp%' (without quotes) & press ENTER

Press CTRL + A (select all)

DEL (delete)

Press ENTER to delete as many of the items as possible

Note: '~' (tilde) files maybe locked
