Knoppix advice

Rock's advice...
"Another option, if the computer has two CD drives one of which is a burner,
download a Linux distro called Knoppix. This will create a bootable CD.
Boot from it and burn it to CD. If you want more info on how to do this in
Linux post back
and maybe Malke will see it and respond."

Downloading Knoppix now... Any advice before I attempt this, dig myself a
deeper hole in this mess I'm in? TIA

I already gave you extremely detailed information about this in your
other thread. This is why you shouldn't keep making these new posts
about the same subject. Go back to your original thread in this
newsgroup and read what I wrote. If you have further questions after
reading the information, then please post back to *that* thread, not
this one.

Malke responded to you in the original thread. Good luck.
