Windows language

I have purchased IBM computer with oem windows xp professional
installed on it. I want to change language version of Windows. It is
now English. I made an experiment. I installed Polish version of
windows from another CD. During the instalaltion I entered product key
from English Version. Installation and registration ended with no
errors. There was no messages that windows is illegal. Looks good but
is it really legal ?

Is any legal solution of my problem apart from buying new windows?
Maybe MUI ? Does IBM distribute MUI for their computers ?

regards,
Damian

Sounds perfectly legal if the Polish CD is also legal (ie not stolen etc).

Re: Windows language

CD is original but borrowed from another PC. Original Windows is
distributed by IBM on recovery partition - there is no install cd.

If you also own the other PC, then no problem IMHO.
