After a very problematic (to say the least...) data/ files backup, full
re-install of XP Pro, and restore of data, some applications (Skype, HP
support, HP Director, Windows Live Messenger, etc) are re-installing in the
wrong language (Czech not English, or a mixture of Czech and English...).
Office has re-installed OK.

I am not sure if this is relevant but, I ensured that regional locale was UK
before installing. However if I check system information, system locale is
still showing Czech (my HP laptop and English Win XP Pro were purchased in
Czech Republic).
