I have a voip phone service (voip stunt) that keeps my telephone book on the
net.

When I try to copy it, to store it for my own reference and to print it out;
I cannot copy it.

Is there any way that this can be done? Thanks

Since you apparently don't have problems copying other files, it sounds like
this is a question for your phone service provider.
