| Weird DVD problem I think this might be more appropriate to a different forum, if so a pointer would be appreciated. I have a laptop (ca. 2003, Pentium 4, Win/XP) with a DVD/recordable CD drive combo. The Drive plays DVD movies just fine. Just recently I received a DVD with file content. When I put this DVD into my drive, it is as if there is nothing in the drive. I can place the DVD into the DVD drive of an older computer I have and I can get the DVD to run and display its contents. I can't even begin to figure out how to troubleshoot this problem. Any hints? Thanks |

I think (although I cannot swear to it) that I have successfully used other data DVDs in the past. |
