| Shutdown Problem After accessing the internet through either IE7 or OE6 and then returning to my desk top, my computer will not shutdown. When I click on Start|Turn off Computer, the cursor turns into an hourglass and the computer locks up. Is there any way to track the source of this problem and correct it? -- Lou Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most. |

Make sure the computer is completely virus/malware-free: http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware 2. If the machine is clean, go through this shutdown troubleshooter: http://www.aumha.org/win5/a/shtdwnxp.htm Malke -- Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic!"
