Problem saving some files

Two programs that I use which resize images no longer save the new files on
my desktop computer. The same programs work on my laptop. I suspect there
is something wrong with the windows system but I have no idea how to track
it down.

The programs are ImageResizerPowerTools, which should save the resized file
to disk, but no file appears. the other is MediaDex which has utilty to
resize files, but it doesn't work on my desktop computer (used to) and does
work on my laptop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Huck

I read your thread at Win ForumZ. Did you check with the software developer
as Daniel suggested?

You can also check for application errors by using Event Viewer. Start >
Settings > Control Panel > "Administrator Tools" icon > "Event Viewer" icon.
Open the "Applications" section in the left pane. Look for error messages
pertaining to your application in the right pane.

Trial software may stop working or limit you to only a few file saves until
you buy the software. But I'm not sure if that's what you have.
