READ This if you have a "Windows - No Disk" error message.

I am having this problem as well. The error message that I have is:
"Windows - No Disk
Exception Processing Message
c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"

I am using Windows XP Home Edition. Previously I had no problem when using
on a PC running on a M810 motherboard, an Athlon XP processor and a CD drive.
Now on a system with a 662/1066T-M2 m/b, Intel D processor and a DVD writer,
I have this problem. It always only happen when I insert an external drive
(includes the thumb drive) into one of the USB ports.

I scanned the net and found a temporary solution:
Insert a disk into DVD drive and this error message stops. Once this error
message has stoppped, you can remove the disk and it does not re-appear. This
temporary solution worked on a DVD+RW disk with recorded content or a DVD
movie. It does not work on an empty DVD-RW disk.

Hope someone from Microsoft can provide us a solution.

All the best.

The disk solution did not work for me, but turning off my printer did,
as it has a slot for a media card that the computer treats as an
external drive.
