Unable to Update WINDOWS - Technology Questions

Unable to Update WINDOWS

I clicked on Start> Settings|Controll Panel>Automatic Update icon>Windows
Update Link. The address http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com was sent to IE,
but the webpage did not load. What should I do?
