Look in the iTunes program help system. If no joy, I suggest you contact
Apple.

If per chance you are speaking of the Current User hive via the registry, do
you have admin privileges?

I suggest you start by providing the exact error message, verbatim, and the
steps you are followed to get to the point where this error occurs.

Hi Tatia,

I very quickly got tired of the iTunes software that came
with my 4GB iPod Nano and removed it. I now use YamiPod for
moving things on/off the Nano. YamiPod can be found at;

http://www.yamipod.com/main/modules/home/

It is both small and portable. You can actually put YamiPod
on your iPod and then plug it into any computer that can
handle a USB device and run YamiPod from your iPod. That
comes in very handy when you are sharing files with friends
who don't want to install intrusive programs like iTunes.

Ciao . . . C.Joseph
