| Remote Assistance I have a person that needs to be able to offer remote assistance to other users. We don't want to put him in the administrators group. He has full control of the computers and users objects and is listed as a helpe in the Remote Assitance group policy. The policy is applied. When he trys to offer remote assistance, he gets an Access Denied message. Is this possible, or does he have to be a member of the Administrators groups? Thank you. -- Kathi S |
