Please help! I had a similar problem a few months ago, and corrected it using settings in Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages [Press button] "Details". The relevant settings in my computer (in India) are as follows: "EN" (United Kingdom) Keyboard United Kingdom EN English (United States) Keyboard US Your name suggests that you are also in India. The above settings should work for you. |

Please help! It's not any sort of problem. It's just a configuration setting. You are using a UK keyboard with a US keyboard layout, or vice-versa. Change the keyboard layout in Control Panel | Regional and Language Options | Languages | Details | Settings. -- Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP Windows - Shell/User Please Reply to the Newsgroup |
