| Re: insert picture on desktop yes by using active desktop right click on the desktop>properties>Desktop (tab)> customize desktop(button)>Web (tab) Press NEW and then BROWSE for your picture.... after pressing apply the image will be inserted inside your desktop... you can then move it around and resize it. Tell me if this helps "JClark" <jclark@nomail.invalid> wrote in message news:gkd663p35cvag1oi9ad4ir4bd1gmrl1sar@4ax.com... > Is there any way to insert or mount a jpg image on the desktop? Mouse-drag, with or without shift doesn't budge it. I'll keep trying things, probably tomorrow, and report. I appreciate the help. Jack |

| Re: insert picture on desktop if you place the cursor to the edge of the image then a gray frame emerges from that frame you can resize and move the image around see image: http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/4...enshot1qn7.jpg "JClark" <jclark@nomail.invalid> wrote in message news:b7o663dtkomk85ja4huiaaifdsnq21vo8o@4ax.com... > On Mon, 4 Jun 2007 00:53:27 +0300, "Tiberius" <321@123.32> wrote: > >>yes by using active desktop >> >>right click on the desktop>properties>Desktop (tab)> customize >>desktop(button)>Web (tab) >>Press NEW and then BROWSE for your picture.... >>after pressing apply the image will be inserted inside your desktop... you >>can then move it around and resize it. >> >>Tell me if this helps >> >> >>"JClark" <jclark@nomail.invalid> wrote in message >>news:gkd663p35cvag1oi9ad4ir4bd1gmrl1sar@4ax.com. .. >>> Is there any way to insert or mount a jpg image on the desktop?
