Windows Xp Media Center Help Removing 2 Trojan Virus

Hello! I am having trouble removing these 2 virus. Trojan.Agent.AOJ
and Trojan.Duncan.A. I tried using the free Bitdefender Online scan,
it almost worked however, it was unable to delete the file. I tried to
delete it in safe mode, but it still would not let me delete it. I
also tried shutting shutting the program down throught Windows Task
Manager still no luck. It keeps telling me that it essention program
to run Windows, but the name of the programs looks weird, and i do not
recognize the program name

Virus is located in

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\gearfqr.dll and "C:\WINDOWS\system32\msadocx.dll"

Please if i can delete these virus it would be great Thank You
