| help sorting print queue I have a few hundred invoices I want to print, and I want to print them in order of filename. If I simply drop them in the print queue, the don't sort and I can find no way to sort them. Is there an easy way to do this, or software that does it? As it is, I have to either drag and drop each individual file in order or open and Print each individual file in order. A tedious process. Or is there software for this? I don't want something that has to be installed office wide, just something I can use. Grant |

As I recall Nevitium is one. Also why isn't the application that is generating the invoices doing all of that for you automatically. A well designed database application should handle most invoicing situations for you automatically including recurring invoices. Ciao . . . I'm not looking for new software for invoice generation, I'm looking for a way to manage items in the print queue (or order them before they get to the print queue). The invoicing program generates the invoices as pdfs, everything is fine, they are named consecutively. It's printing the load of pdfs that is the tricky part. It seems like it should be a simple thing, but I'm having no luck finding it. Grant |
