It's a rip off of my site (and others possibly) this time, PA Bear. They've even hyperlinked images from my site. Not only stealing the content, but also the bandwidth.

Anyone can write a few registry tweaks like Kelly's Corner because the
tweaks are all ove the net & the same info in available on the Windows
2000/2003 Registry Resource kits at Microsoft
