| Re: keyboard and characters Hello, Ensure that you have selected the correct language at Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages (tab) > Details > Installed Services. | Re: keyboard and characters Unfortunately, I have not made note of what incorrect characters appear on the screen, but when it occurs, it affects the entire keyboard except for the numbers. I will make a note of things when it happens again.
