| Hide Icons on Desktop = Jagged Background Image Right-clicking on Desktop to hide Icons transforms a a crystal-clear Background Image (eg. Bliss), to a "jagged" display. I have tried to find a solution to this by searching this forum and also a by general search using Google. This produced no related solution but perhaps my input was not clear enough. I leave my desktop absolutely clear of any icons, and instead have a Toolbar pointing to Desktop on my Taskbar. Would appreciate any input by someone who tried this. Thank you -- Poltonis ------------------------ |

And it never turns the background to a jagged display. > I leave my desktop absolutely clear of any icons, and instead have a > Toolbar pointing to Desktop on my Taskbar. As I use Aston Shell and this is how it works. And you have a desktop folder under the Start button if you want access to them. http://www.astonshell.com/aston/ And here is what my desktop looks like: http://themes.astonshell.com/495/ -- Bill |

| Re: Hide Icons on Desktop = Jagged Background Image Thanks Bill for your input. I will be keeping a copy to that link, but first I want to resolve this issue without plugins. -- Rgds Poltonis ------------------------ "BillW50" wrote: > "Poltonis" <Evenstar@Fastweb.net> wrote in message > news:8DB98E47-EE27-463D-B7D5-207CC83A5841@microsoft.com > > Right-clicking on Desktop to hide Icons transforms a a crystal-clear > > Background Image (eg.
