| How to transfer files via USB from old XP machine to new XM machin I bought a new laptop that has XP (not Vista). I want to transfer my files, etc., from my old XP desktop. I bought a USB Transfer cable, but I can't find a configuration that works. XP File Transfer Wizard seems to only let me use serial cable, not USB. And the Windows Easy Transfer only seems to work if upgrading to Vista. Surely, there must be a way to go XP to XP via USB? |

I haven't used FAST, but it wouldn't surprise me that there wasn't. -- Rock [MS-MVP User/Shell] |
