If you posted under the name of always confused, I don't see any other posts
by you recently. Maybe in another newsgroup or under a different name?

If you can't find a post search for it using Google Groups Advanced search.
You can search in specific newsgroups, by topic, keywords, date, author,
etc.

http://groups.google.com/advanced_se...oe=UTF-8&hl=en

You might want to consider using a newsreader to post in what are actually
Usenet newsgroups instead of the awful web interface. XP comes with Outlook
Express which can be setup for newsgroup access. Here is a link to an
article with info on how do do this. You'll find the experience is much
better.

Re: where is my thread

thank you I will read and give that a try tomorrow, and for some reason after
I hit the post button the box would go blank and it would say done at the
bottom. I really only posted this to see if this went through and what it
should look like. As it was a survey came and I had to re-enter my password.
trying to write the real question caused me to take too long I guess. This
last time after writing it I copy and pasted into a new window and it worked
fine. hopefully you are the one who answers the relevant question I really
need the help. and I did get a screen saying I had a successful post. but
thank you and I will check it out.

good folks answering questions in here, so post away.

Re: where is my thread

Easiest way to locate--if you have/use Outlook Express as news reader. May
have same feature in other readers...

For the presently displayed newsgroup (or go to the group you posted thread
in):

View>Current View >Show Replies to My Messages

Two notes...
-Once done, this applies to ALL NG's, so...
-Repeat above to return to the full list
