Thx for any advise > > yep, just reload from your backup. what, no backup? before I would batch rename any large number of files with the attendant possibility of a blunder or some obscure software glitch, I would certainly write them off to a temp folder someplace and/or burn some optical, then if the change ain't what you want, just delete and reload the original names. -- HP, aka Jerry |
