Coming Back From Sleep Level 3: No PW?

Is there any way to skip the password prompt when returning from
sleep mode - but still require a PW when logging on to the PC for
the first time?

Hello,

Start > Control Panel > Power Options > Advanced (tab) > UNCHECK 'Prompt for
password..'
