storing emails longterm from outlook express

hi

I need to store several hundred emails for several years at a time, but am
having difficulty doing this. I managed to save a large number to disc one
time, but when I went to access them some time later, I could not open them
with outlook express or any other program. Can someone tell me how to save
large numbers of emails for the long-term, but be able to open them again
some time later if I need them?

I know I should know this.

Cheers.

Best to ask the experts in the Outlook Express newsgroup.
You are currently in a Windows newsgroup.
