| Single-click acts like double-click I've recently noticed that when I single click on files & icons, etc to select them, it executes them. For instance, when I select a folder by single-clicking on it in Explorer to move it, it opens. Another example is when I select a program shortcut on the desktop by single-clicking it, the program is launched. I've checked the mouse settings and double-click is required to execute. So, what's going on? Thanks. BTW, I'm running XP Pro SP2 w/ a Dell bluetooth mouse. |

Select "Double click to open an item.". Ok out. -- Rock [MS-MVP User/Shell] |
