Adding Fax capabilities

Running XP Home SP2..............

I'm trying to add Fax Services to my setup and can't get it to install. I
go to Add/Remove Windows Components and check the Fax Services box and then
click Next. This goes through the copying files procedure.

Then I start getting pop-ups indicated that it cannot copy files such as
fxsevent.dll and so on. In the Copy files from box it states the directory
is

c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

When I checked this directory it is indeed there and so are the files the
process is looking for.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
