I have also experienced the same problem. Whenever I want to re-start or
hibernate my laptop, it will appear the blue screen, stating bad_pool_header.
The following is the error message:
BCCode : 19 BCP1 : 00000020 BCP2 : 821AB7C8 BCP3 : 821AB7E8
BCP4 : 1A040001 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

I'm currently using microsoft XP (SP2), zonealarm security suite, IBM X 31
laptop.
What should I do now? Can anyone please help me? Thanks.
