user32.dll

Hi Guys
I know this has been discussed before but I am new on here and very worried about this user32 rubbish.
I keep receiving the following message on my computer every time I boot up.
I suppose the only thing is to download and pay for this REGCURE program.
Can anyone explain to me if this really works as I am not very good with computers.

"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in
memory. The application will not run
properly. The relocation occured because the
DLL C:\WINDOWS\syste32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an
address range reserved for Windows system
DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL contacted
for a new DLL."

Regards
Bryan
