| anyone have xp tablet pc 2005 oem? Hello, I recently purchased a fujitsu tablet pc and misplaced my recovery disks-I guess i could install xp pro, but i hear the tablet programs like journal and sticky notes wont run w/ xp pro-can anyone help? Thanks for any help in advance dmcclain56********.com      |

| Re: anyone have xp tablet pc 2005 oem? In my experience, it's not just the sticky notes and tablet functions that won't work. In order to get XP to work on my tablet, I have to use a different mouse, and really, a different monitor. You should be able to get replacement disks from your manufacturer for a little less than a small fortune--20 to 40 bucks, probably. BUT if you find some source for a retail copy of XP Tablet without all the manufacturer "value adds" I would love to know about it. Cheers, S |
