Angry Where is my Graffiti?

Help. :bawling:
I can't configure TIP to write with Graffiti !!!
I've been writing with it for years and now I'm like a baby, my tablet doesn't understand me.
I use it with my iPAQ, I use it with my Palm and up to now I used it with my Acer TPC TMC111.
How can I install Graffiti?
I 've a Ghost with my old system, but I don't want to loose the system and secure improvements.
I don't like the recognizer, here we talk Catalan and there's not language recognizer at Microsoft site.

Hardware and OS

I have a few questions for you.

What type of Tablet PC are you using?
What version of the Operating System are you using?

Finally, please provide information as to what you want to do and what you have done to try to get there.

Please let us know.

Yes, can you give us a few ideas about which shortcut functions you need? There are some shortcuts that are included in Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005. Here are a few examples:

Draw a line from left to right to move the cursor one space to the right. I exaggerated the necessary length of the line in this image so you can see it clearly.

When you draw a long line from right to left it moves the cursor from right to left and it will even delete the preceeding letter, symbol, or number.

You can scratch out words to delete or replace them with something else.

UnservicePack 2

Sorry, perhaps I forgot this information:
Acer TMC111
OS: Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 (SP2)
512 Mb ram

Before I install SP2 Graffiti worked fine, after SP2 all the Graffiti options and menu are gone.

Thanks Lora for your ideas about shortcuts, they work fine but the characters recognizer is not the same.
I can't use the block recognizer because the different language (Catalan is not allowed) and I'm trying to use Microsoft character recognizer but IT IS TERRIBLE. When I wrote an "o" it prints an "O" there are few words that recognize well. With Graffiti I can write faster than with a pen and paper. How can I use this immature system that Microsoft pretends to impose to me? How can I use Graffiti again? Must I uninstall SP2?

Why? What are you trying to do with your Tablet PC that requires this piece of software? The Tablet PC Input Panel (TIP) is very good with handwriting recognition and there isn't a need to train the device. Personally, Graffiti never did well for entering long text whereas the TIP does it well.

Just so that things are clear. Graffiti uses a single stroke recognizer whereas the Tablet PC Input Panel uses multi-stroke recognition. In addition, SP2 TIP does a much better with handwriting recognition.

We us software program that better reconigzes the graffiti language its alot easyer to add and erase a single charter with grafitti. For all other apps the TIP is great. Im very supprised that Microsoft wuld take out such a usfull option. Is there a way to reactivate this feature or reinstall the old version of TIP?
