I use Norton Symantec Ghost Cast Server. Norton Symantec Enterprise 7.5 has a Ghost Boot Disk Wizard that will automatically create an IP boot disk with the nic driver you select or a custom one built by you. You need an admin station that is running the Ghost Cast Server and the target station that boots to the network.

Hi,
With Ghost 2003 you can install it and have it boot to Ghost without a
floppy disk as well. You'll need 2 machines over a network to do it though.
