OneNote and Scanned doc

I have a small problem. I use OneNote on my just purchased Toshiba M203. My problem is that it seems that I can't import a scanned doc in OneNote. Like Word which allows a scanned doc to be imported from a scanner, it's real handy since I have to work with many paper documents. Is there anyway I can import paper doc in OneNote? Or format converter to convert Word format into OneNote format? Thanks in advance.
