I have an Averatec tablet pc, and it is too sensitive and starts clicking
over and over especially on the edges of the screen, the pen also will ink
when I have the pen hovering (not touching) the screen. I have tried this on
Vista and XP with the same problem. I have searched forums and I have been
reading on how the problem is windows based, but no one has given any
solution. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

As this seems to be problem with the digitizer, I would suggest to
conatct the manufacturer.
