What kind of volume are you talking about? OneNote 2007 can handle
different notebooks that can be loaded and closed on demand, which may work
okay for your needs. There is a bit of a learning curve to become
comfortable with it, but it works well once there. Just be sure to back up
often.. ;)

Depending on the extent of your usage, you might want to check out
www.abletfactory.com, run by Tablet PC MVP Fritz Switzer. He's got the
OneNote SOAP Toolkit, which includes ICD9 and drug codes, new patient and
existing patient templates, ROS capability included, along with PH, PMH, SH
and allergies. Also available are the OneNote EMR Toolkit, eScript
Toolkit, Nurses Toolkit, EMR WorkBench, along with medical dictionaries.

Hi Gabriel,

I would suggest looking at custom medical office managers than
seeing if the programmer will customize it.

Tablets are new enough that most commercial software really doesn't
take advantage of the capabilities of a tablet.

Also since most clinics have their own workflow, you really want
software that will match that workflow.

I'm in the process right now of customizing TEO 3.0 by request for a
customer in a doctor's office. If you want to send me an email at my first
name @einsteintech.net and let me know what your requirements are, I can
tell you if these customizations might be up your alley as well.
