Hi,
I had the same problem with an M200. You need to disable the BIOS
password that is required at startup. You can't get at the BIOS as on
other computers, but you have to do it through a utility in the TOSHIBA
folder from the start menu.

Once that is gone, you'll be able to run the windows based BIOS
updater.

You have to install the this app.

Password Utilty. open up app once you install and set a password for
the app. now try and update bios.
