My Font Tool and Embedding

Apparently the fonts that I've created using the My Font Tool are flagged
restricted and will not embed in PDF's that I'd like to create. Instead of
looking like my handwriting it substitutes some strange default font.

Is there any way to unrestrict this font and make it more useful?

Thanks so much!!

Re: My Font Tool and Embedding

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro 7.0 in which it does state that the font is
locked and cannot be embedded.

Finally figured out how to unrestrict a My Font Tool created font to include
in a pdf.

Here's the link:

Thanks for the follow-up, Craig!

Just curious: Which is the tool you are using for creating your own
fonts?
Googled around but could only find MS "MyFont.exe" which obviously was
for Win 3.x

Must be My Font Tool which is one of Microsoft Powertoys that you can
find here :
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d.../tabletpc.mspx
(it's not a generic tool to create a font, only a way to turn your
handwriting into a true type font)
