Does anyone know what happened to the enhancement pack for TPC? The
English version seems to have dissapeared from their pages, and the
foreign hanguage versions refuse to install on an english TPC system.

The reason I'm lookng for it is becuase I can't seem to get the snipping
tool to install from the Experience pack -- it just sits at the 'this may
take a few minutes to install'. All the other PTs install fine, but
snipping is what I'm really looking for.

The Enhancement Pack is for languages other than English.

If you cannot find a solution, I suggest you try Snippy :

Works like a charm on my Tablet PC, and is lighter than Snipping
Tools.
