| Mouse pointer moves and clicks automatically on heavy disc reads.. I have a Toshiba M400 on which the mouse pointer always moves to various spots on the lower left side of the screen and clicks, bringing up the start menu or the TIP panel. This usually just happens whenever I am reading/writing heavily from/to the hard disc (installing software, defragging, etc.) I've heard this referred to as 'stuttering mouse' and such, but no one seems to be able to offer a good explanation or fix for this. Any ideas? Jason jrkaisersr at g mail dot com |

| Re: Mouse pointer moves and clicks automatically on heavy disc rea I found that http://support.microsoft.com/kb/900475/en-us is a broken link, I have seen this KB article referred to elsewhere, but I haven't been able to access it :( "Chris H." wrote: > Are you running the latest Wacom driver for your digitizer? | Re: Mouse pointer moves and clicks automatically on heavy disc reads.. This is almost always a digitizer connection problem. Hardware issue so you won't be able to fix it with drivers. You should contact Toshiba and hopefully it is under warranty. I've personally seen this occur on all of their 12" models even so far back as the 3500. -- Josh Einstein / Tablet PC MVP Einstein Technologies, LLC ----------------------------------------------------- Tablet Enhancements for Outlook 3.0 Now Available Unleash the potential of Outlook on your Tablet PC, Origami, or UMPC.
