| Re: Convertible Tablet Notebooks Cynthia: IMHO you should check out ALL the tablet convertible manufacturers available to you. Also you need to consider whether you'll want an internal CD drive. My company is going with converible tablets for the field sales representatives WITH the internal drive for DVD and CD demos. We use the Fujitsu Lifebooks and the new T4210 Core Duo convertibles are blazing fast. I'd keep an eye out for Lenovo coming out with a Core Duo tablet later this year. I've seen the HP model and was impressed with all it's features (really liked the ambient light sensor!) and the speed was quite good. There is a lot to consider, but as a grad student you are on the right track to get a Tablet PC convertible. OneNote is quite functional for student use and probably the most stable Microsoft application I've ever seen. "cynthiavee" wrote: > Thanks, I'll look into it.
